2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account at 99 xo, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Age Requirements & Restrictions for Minors

99 xo is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, each member confirms they are at least 18 years old. If it is later found that a member created an account while under 18:

• Account will be suspended immediately
• All deposited funds are non-refundable.
• Any winnings will be forfeited

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Submitting a false identity or fraudulent documents

8 Account Closure & Suspension

99 xo reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Once self-exclusion is applied, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.

9 Limitation of Liability

99 xo is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services
• Account credentials or passwords leaked due to user negligence
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
